Excellent customer service! After my cat had a checkup here, I got a call from the vet a day or two later asking how he was doing. Staff was also very helpful in answering all of my questions over the phone, and did everything they could to assist me when my cat got fleas.

In one word — edit that to two words — Dr. Bray and Dr. Oliver are caring and competent. What more could you want? Our Cavalier, Hampton, experienced a frustrating limp for eight months and I visited six veterinarians before finding Dr. Bray and her recommendation to Dr. Knapp at the Orthopedic Sports Medicine Group. (There, in ten minutes, we had the answer that no one else could give.) For the next six years and counting Hampton visits both Dr. Bray and Dr. Oliver regularly. I am grateful to both doctors. I have total faith in both — and, I don’t give that easily. In fact, the entire practice there, from the front desk colleagues back, are welcoming and caring.

Bayside’s Dr Steinberg has been my vet through 5 pups. We sometimes have to wait to see him because of the extra care he shows the furkids but he’s worth it. I’m always afraid that my dog it at death’s door, and could easily be financially exploited, but Dr. Steinberg finds a medicine, injection, diet change (which means discipling me from spoiling pup on the holidays) and very rarely surgery heals him right up. We woof him.

Oh man, this place! So friendly, attentive, warm, high quality — all the good things you can say should be said. Also, their pricing is extremely reasonable. Perhaps our perspective is a little skewed, but our 6 year old Cavalier King Charles Spaniel needed some teeth pulled and all his teeth cleaned, and we live in New York. My in-laws live in Annapolis, though, so we looked at prices here for the same procedures, and they were 1/3 of the cost. (To me, that’s staggeringly inexpensive!) They did a great job with our dog, and we even got him groomed the next day because the experience was so pleasant. I don’t think you’ll regret bringing your furry little friend here if you’re in the area. It’s a great one-stop shop in my opinion.
