I love this Vet Center. I have two special needs dogs and they get great care from Dr. Buchanan unless she's unavailable and I've always liked whoever else I got! Everyone cares about the dogs and knows my dogs by name. I've taken 3 dogs here. All have had problems and I feel they've had fabulous care.

We had an excellent experience at Bayside Animal Medical Center! From the moment we checked in at the front desk through the entire appointment, we felt confident we had chosen the right place for our puppy. The vet techs were incredibly friendly, attentive, and made our puppy feel completely at ease, which meant so much to us.

The doctor was thorough and patient, taking the time to answer all of our questions without making us feel rushed. The facility itself is clean, spacious, and very well maintained. The waiting area has plenty of room, though you likely won’t spend much time there—we were brought back within just a couple of minutes of arriving.

We highly recommend this office to anyone looking for compassionate, efficient, and top-quality veterinary care!

I wish I had doctors that cared for me as much as our dogs vets do. The facility and all of the staff are stellar. They take the time to listen, care and offer guidance and allow you to ask questions without feeling foolish for doing so. You are not rushed in or out of the office. In fact the vet has checked up on our dog on more than one occasion what I consider after hours. Words cannot describe how wonderful this place is. Rest assured that you are in good hands. Have brought our dogs, cats and a corn snake as well to BAMC since about 2016. All of the staff here are just awesome. Bringing in our overly friendly and very excitable APBT is always made easier by their professionalism and enthusiasm. 10/10 recommend 👍

Dr. Buchanan is single handedly the best doctor. Ever. I brought in my 2 girls, both were spayed AND had multiple teeth removed. 2 days later they're both back to being themselves, happy and not in pain. She does an incredible job and not to mention she can work on exotic animals too! There were photos of her working on flamingos and elephants and like jungle animals in her office. I was very impressed. The prices were amazing, and no guilt tripping (like the other nearby place that begins with H). I have found my girls' forever doctor here!

Rosa just had her annual exam and shots. BAMC is so nice to her that she actually enjoys her visits. Thank you, BAMC!

Always pleasant and the doctor is amazing and treats my pets like his own. The entire staff treats us like family. Would not go anywhere else...
