I have two special needs dogs and they get great care from Dr. Buchanan unless she's unavailable and I've always liked whoever else I got! Everyone cares about the dogs and knows my dogs by name. The doctor was thorough and patient, taking the time to answer all of our questions without making us feel rushed. The facility itself is clean, spacious, and very well maintained. The waiting area has plenty of room, though you likely won’t spend much time there—we were brought back within just a couple of minutes of arriving. I wish I had doctors that cared for me as much as our dogs vets do. The facility and all of the staff are stellar. They take the time to listen, care and offer guidance and allow you to ask questions without feeling foolish for doing so. You are not rushed in or out of the office. In fact the vet has checked up on our dog on more than one occasion what I consider after hours. Words cannot describe how wonderful this place is. Rest assured that you are in good hands. Verified They remember EVERYONE and are so patient and polite. I particularly love Jody, the groomer. She is the best and the only groomer that I trust with my little dog. They are usually very busy so be prepared for that but it's worth it. They have at least 2-3 front desk personnel that know their job and know your pet. The longest that I have ever had to wait is 5 minutes. They kindly and quickly greet you, get you checked in, and let the vet tech know that you are there. Then, off to get weighed and back to the room. It's very clean too. The vet, Dr. Steinberg was amazing! He took his time with my little girl and made sure that I understood next steps and reassured me that I could call anytime with questions. Jasmine and Michelle and wonderful too! I can't say enough good things about Bayside. Very thankful.Verified They have always taken care of my animals. He got the best care! Their pricing is very reasonable as well. I was shocked how affordable it is! The staff feels like family. When I got bad news recently they did everything they could to help me and more! The staff went above and beyond! The kindness from the staff and doctors made everything easier for when I had to euthanize my boy. The doctor asked me if I wanted to put turbos blanket in with him while he was being euthanized. I'm so happy the doctor came up with that suggestion. It warmed my heart knowing turbo fell asleep with the one blanket he loves. He slept with it every night ! They made me the sweetest clay paw and tail print. I can't thank Bayside enough for everything they have done for me and my bearded dragon Turbo. They are so accommodating and when I called crying They did their best to get me an appointment as soon as they could. They would call me immediately if someone canceled and a slot opened up .I highly recommend Bayside to everyone! When and if I get another bearded dragon.... I bring my dog and cats here and every time the experience has been great. I find the vets to be super transparent, knowledgeable and just realistic when it comes to cost and treatments. I've never left feeling like they tried to push extra services or meds or anything onto me, if anything, they've recommended alternative options that could help me save money. More important than expense, they are so great with the animals. They have the right treats to calm them down, the knowledge to calm you down if something is wrong, and just the overall caring demeanor you would want from someone handling your baby.Verified We have been going to Bayside for years. Vet was very attentive and helpful in explaining things in detail about his care. They also offer vaccines which is wonderful considering so many small/exotic vets don't know anything about it. Our pet got nothing but love and you can tell everyone who works here genuinely wants the best for your pet. Would highly recommend going here!Verified Love them so much.
