We absolutely love Bayside! We’re treated like family when we bring our pets in to see the doctors. A while back we thought we needed to get our cat’s teeth cleaned. The vet was honest and told us Bella didn’t need it at the time. Bayside staff is very friendly and explain in detail everything we need to know about the care and welfare of Bella and Teddy. Dr. Buchanan is the most attentive and caring vet we have ever encountered. We only went to this practice a few times with our sick baby and I never felt more supported. The whole staff here is caring and wonderful. I can’t say enough wonderful things about Dr Buchanan and the staff and if we ever bring another fur baby into our lives I would not hesitate to come back. Verified I first went to Bayside for the first time a year ago with my bearded dragon named Turbo. He got the best care! Their pricing is very reasonable as well. I was shocked how affordable it is! The staff feels like family. When I got bad news recently they did everything they could to help me and more! The staff went above and beyond! The kindness from the staff and doctors made everything easier for when I had to euthanize my boy. The doctor asked me if I wanted to put turbos blanket in with him while he was being euthanized. I'm so happy the doctor came up with that suggestion. It warmed my heart knowing turbo fell asleep with the one blanket he loves. He slept with it every night ! They made me the sweetest clay paw and tail print. I can't thank Bayside enough for everything they have done for me and my bearded dragon Turbo. They are so accommodating and when I called crying They did their best to get me an appointment as soon as they could. They would call me immediately if someone canceled and a slot opened up .I highly recommend Bayside to everyone! When and if I get another bearded dragon.... BAYSIDE WILL BE THE ONLY PLACE I WILL EVER GO TO! Thank you and lots of love from Amanda T. & TurboVerified I really can't say enough about this veterinarian clinic because they are just awesome. I bring my dog and cats here and every time the experience has been great. I find the vets to be super transparent, knowledgeable and just realistic when it comes to cost and treatments. I've never left feeling like they tried to push extra services or meds or anything onto me, if anything, they've recommended alternative options that could help me save money. More important than expense, they are so great with the animals. They have the right treats to calm them down, the knowledge to calm you down if something is wrong, and just the overall caring demeanor you would want from someone handling your baby.Verified We have been going to Bayside for years. We absolutely Love and trust Dr. Oliver. She takes very good care of Timmy, Girl and Pickles. Afraid to go anywhere else. As a first time pet owner, he has helped answer all my questions and is basically a walking book of knowledge when it comes to dogs! I wouldn't trust my dog with anyone else! Honey is happy, healthy, and thriving!Verified Great affordable Vet for small/exotic pets, had our first visit with our rabbit today and the care we received was over the top. Vet was very attentive and helpful in explaining things in detail about his care. They also offer vaccines which is wonderful considering so many small/exotic vets don't know anything about it. Our pet got nothing but love and you can tell everyone who works here genuinely wants the best for your pet. Would highly recommend going here!Verified Love them so much. My boy loves them all.Verified I needed a new vet because at the old clinic they were mean and rude to me and to the dog they were "paid" to care for. The vet had before Bayside, wanted a crazy sum to remove one tooth. Bayside removed 6 teeth, plus surprised me with freshly clipped nails, for only $100.00 more! Yes, $100.00 more for 5 more teeth and all the trimmings (anesthesia etc.) that go with the procedure)! $100 is the extreme amount of money for me, but it was much less expensive than going to the other vet. And when my dog came home, you wouldn't even know she had her teeth pulled, and now the day after, she's eating like a little piglet.. She even smells like roses? She usually smells pretty badVerified I've been using Bayside for about seven years and have always received the best care for my pets. I left another vet that kept suggesting very expensive procedures and came to Bayside. I've always felt like they were reasonable in their treatment suggestions. They've taken great care of my two dogs.
